Creative reflections on an artist's life, place, and the joy in between

More than I would expect, people have said to me, "I can't even draw a stick figure." It makes me think that too often, we stand defeated before we even begin to walk the path of our passions. We refrain from pursuing our dreams because we cannot see beyond the expectations created by someone else. Through my art, my words and my actions, I hope to positively influence those I connect with to follow their heart.

Ultimately, art is a quest to be able to perfectly translate what I see in my my mind to paint on canvas.
