From my first
conversation with Jared and the discovery of an amazing, timely
coincidence about our mutual interest in the letters of the
Hebrew alphabet, I knew Jared would produce an extraordinary
piece of art for my home. Jared impressed me with the amount
of energy he spent investigating the themes we discussed as
well as discovering the meaning of different letters in the
Hebrew alphabet to connect with these themes. It was remarkable
to see Jared employing the entire scope of his talent, creativity,
passion, and especially his spirituality to create an exceptional
piece of art. The depth of the concepts, symbols, ideas and
insights that he revealed are amazing and far exceed my vision
and my hopes for this artwork.
Jared is a supremely talented artist and I look forward
to the spark of inspiration that will lead me to work with
Jared again in the future.

After buying a non-commissioned piece from Jared and loving it, we decided to ask Jared to create a commissioned work for us. We had an idea for where the piece would go and some general ideas about theme, but not much else. Jared was a pleasure to work with. We met with him both at our home and in his studio during the process. He provided guidance but also incorporated our thoughts and ideas into the piece. He created a personalized and fantastic work of art that we enjoy every day. We're looking forward to our next adventure with Jared.

Shortly after hanging three customized commissioned works in
this couple's dining room, I received the following message:
Jared,
John and I just finished dinner and really enjoyed looking at our new paintings. They are truly brilliant!!
Thanks again.

Jared,
We want to express how much the painting "For Ethel"
meant to us. Words may only begin to describe the flurry of
the emotions that this heartfelt work has evoked from the
time it was created, to the time it was given as a gift to
our friend with terminal cancer, to the times loved ones reflect
on the painting in her piano room while missing her so deeply.
Ethel and her husband, Jim, were so warmed by this painting
representing her doing something she loved - making music.
We loved the feeling of giving such a personal gift to our
friend with a terminal illness. She clearly felt the emotion
that you put into this work, depicting her at a healthier
place in life. She immediately resonated with the symbolism
that you incorporated into this work - little items that we
only noticed when either you or her pointed them out. As one
artist to another, you made a personal connection with her
through this work. Even though you two had never met and she
lived a thousand miles away she felt like she knew you - and,
more importantly, like you knew her. Through your painting,
she was touched. We were so happy to give her a gift that
brought her inspiration and happiness, while she was in the
grim reality of fighting for her life. Ethel is now gone from
this life, passed on to a better life, but memories of our
friend remain... the painting still hangs where she placed
it, in the room where she is depicted playing her piano.
